Greetings Of The Day!

It has been so long we haven’t meet for fun packed event, we were all protecting ourselves and beloved from the COVID-19, but time has come to step out with our friends and family with all precautionary measures.

We, Bardoli runners, are announcing one of the unique event at our home ground, which is exclusive for Bardoli Runners family only.

No of runners per team: 4
Running distance per runner: 2 KM
Running distance per team: 8 KM
Fees: 350 ₹
Age Limit: 10+ Year

Team allocation:
By open draw, Equally distribution of runners by age, speed and gender.

Who can apply
Only members of Bardoli runners and family.

Rules and Regulation

COVID Guideline
Face coverings are required at all public gatherings, social distancing of at least 6 ft between attendees. Wear of face mask is not mandatory during run, but should be wear during normal times.

Winning Team
Winning team will be declared based on the best timing among registered team, no price money to any team. Trophy will be given to 1st, 2nd and 3rd team.

Zero Pollution
Do not throw any plastic wastage, papers, bottles and garbage on the route. We have dustbin at every hydration points so use it for the betterment of the nature. If anyone found doing such activity will be disqualified from the event. Consumption of any drugs and alcoholic product is strictly banned during and after the event, we are running at reserved forest region please display sportsmanship with local public and volunteers.

Refund
No request for a refund of registration fees will be entertained, regardless of circumstances. If the event is cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the organizers, the registration fee paid by you for participation will be adjusted towards your participation on a new date. In the event of you being unable to participate on the new date, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Footwear & Clothes
It is your responsibility to wear appropriate footwear & clothes suited to run on track. Please, note that wearing inappropriate footwear or running barefoot can lead to grievous injury.

Goodie Bag
Goodie Bags will be given to all participants on a first come first serve basis only at the Event Expo, details of which will be provided to you shortly by email only or by other means. It is recommended that you register early and collect goodie bag at the Marathon Expo early to avoid disappointment.

Certificates & Medals
All participants will be issued a E-certificate online only. Certificates will be available only after 1 week of the event completion. Medals will only be given to the participants on successfully completing the designated course.

Keep the BIB
Please do not discard your bib after the run as it is mandatory for availing the post-run snack. Also, it will be your tool to avail your finisher medal and later on your timing certificate.

Medical Emergency and Declaration
Runners are solely responsible for any medical emergency and incident during the event and post event, neither organizer nor any member body take responsibilities of same.
